Added new app that allows customers to digitally sign delivery notes

This extension allows customers to digitally sign delivery notes. The digital signature can be obtained from any device with a browser after scanning a QR code on the delivery note or other documents relevant to the route allocation. The signed delivery note and photos are sent back to Business Central, where the information and current delivery status can be viewed.
