Added new feature to save docbox documents to document attachments

Add doc.box documents as attachments to emails and synchronize with document attachments

Upon activation of the new feature Synchronize DocBox Documents with Document Attachments, doc.box attachments and document attachments will automatically synchronize each time a new attachment is added. Moreover, this enhancement also allows users to attach doc.box documents to emails or open and share them in OneDrive.

Syncronization from Feature Activation
To synchronize existing doc.box attachments with document attachments, click Synchronize on the notification that appears when this feature is activated.

Syncronization from doc.box Setup
Alternatively, users can initiate synchronization at any other time by following the steps outlined below:
1. Click the [Search] icon, enter doc.box Setup, and then choose the related link.
2. On the doc.box Setup page, choose the Sync Document Attachments action and wait for the attachments to be synchronized.

Attaching doc.box documents to emails
Once a doc.box document is attached for example to a sales order, it is automatically synchronized to the Document Attachments:

Since this automatization is possible, then when sending a "Email Confirmation" to the customer, by using the action "Add file from source documents" it is possible to attach the doc.box document to the email. This functionality was not possible before this change.

Share and Open in OneDrive
When running on an Saas environment, it is possible to Open and Share the synchronized document attachment in OneDrive. This can be performed by the existing actions from "Attached Documents" page.
