Added support for change unit of measure for item journals

In the Item Journal it is now possible to change the unit of measure.

Formerly with the Timber app it was just possible to work with the items base unit of measure in the item journal.

Depending on the entry type the unit of measure corresponds to the base, purchase or sales unit of measure.
