Added Commissiontext and Ship-to fields to page Posted Sales Document Lines for shipment and return receipt lines

The fields Commissionstext, Ship-to Code, Ship-to Name and Ship-to Address were added to the Posted Sales Document Lines page for Posted Shipments and Posted Return Receipts.

The Ship-to Code and Ship-to Address fields are not visible by default.
