Added possibility to register separate Blob containers per doc.box Department

Department-Specific Blob Storage Configuration

It is now possible for different departments to have their own blob storage connection for efficient data management and security features.

When adding a new document:

1) Department Check: The system checks the department's storage configuration.

2) Fallback to Default: If no department-specific config exists, it defaults to docbox settings.

Transitioning to new blob storage for departments:

• Existing documents stay on the old connection, but can still be used (viewed) normally.
• New documents are stored on the new connection.
  

Conclusion:

Configuring separate blob storage connections for departments streamlines data management, considering department-specific needs. 

Existing documents are unaffected while new ones are stored according to the new settings.
