Added Signature and Date label at the bottom of the sales shipment report

On reports where a signature is expected the layout has changed to show consistently a date and a signature label.

Sales - Bill-of Parcels:

Sales Shipment:

Futhermore the reports: Sales Pre-Shipment, Purchase - Return Shipment, Purchase - Receipt and Purchase - Pick up were changed.
