Added the fade out logic to standard tasks

Standard Task - Fade out

Standard tasks shouldn't be delete because they can be used in several production orders, and if we delete a standard task we can't copy the old production orders to reuse them. There for the field fade out is added to the standard task card page. If the fade out is selected the standard task won't appear anymore in the standard task list.
