Added the order guidance card print to the warehouse pick document

A new button has been added on the Warehouse Pick card page: Order Guidance Card

   

The report for Order Guidance Card has to be setup in the report selection. There are two different order guidance cards available: Sales and Transfer.

The request page is opened for each source document in the pick document.
