Added the possibility to partial receive and ship customer inventory documents

For Customer Inventory Shipments and Customer Inventory Receipts it is now possible to do partial postings.

Therefore you will find in the document lines and masslines new columns "Unit to Post" and "Quantity to Post" to register a partial posting.

To keep track of partial postings new posted documents were created.

The former structure of closed customer inventory receipts and shipments is still available, but now consistently named "Finished Customer Inventory Receipts" and "Finished Customer Inventory Shipments".

If a customer inventory document is completely posted it will be automatically moved to the finished customer inventory documents. If a customer inventory document is not completely posted (because goods will not arrive completely) you can manually close the customer inventory document with the close action.

For customers already using the customer inventory module, for in the past posted customer inventory documents, no posted documents will be created with this change. This only applies to newly posted documents.
