Added the material availability visibility in the production planning

Production planning:

in the production planning page all the prod order routings are shown to be planned. There are a lot indicators which should be plannend and when, but the indication of the availability of the materials that are used in the production order wasn't available. 

This is now implemented, if the prod order line is presented in RED, gives the indication that the materials aren't available.
