Added the action to create a transport order from the sales order

Transport Order from Sales Order:

In the sales order page there is a new action: Create Transport Order. 

This creates a transport order from the sales order. The transport order is filled with the ship-to address from the customer and as pick up location the location code selected in the sales order. 

This creates a simple and easy document to give to a shipping agent (external) to pick up the parcels in the harbor and bring them to the customers.

If the transport order is created then the user is presented a notification:

From the sales order we can open the related transport order as well.
