Added the possibility to search on the vendor parcel no and parcel no

When searching for a parcel no. in a massline page, it is now possible to search by vendor parcel no.:

When searching the parcel no field with *81 for example and there is only 1 parcel no. which matches the criteria, the line is automatically inserted. If nothing happens the reason can be that there is no parcel that match the criteria or there are multiple parcels. 

If there are multiple parcels, it is possible to use the lookup function to find the right parcel. The parcel selection is then opened with the parcel no filter set with *81. 

Also for the new field Vendor Parcel No. we have the same logic only this applies to the Vendor Parcel No. value. If we find one that match the criteria then we insert the parcel record. Otherwise we can use the lookup for the parcel selection and the filter on the vendor parcel no is automatically set.

Keep in mind to use the * value to search for a part of the value.
