Added totals for unit, unit volume, weights and no of parcels to reports 2.0

New setup to print totals is added to all reports 2.0 (except reminder and finance charge memo).

You can select which total to print by enabling it on the Timber Report Settings: 

The totals are printed at the end of the report:

Note: The totals are only printed if needed (>0).
