Added fields for customs information, free of duty and available after customs

On the Travel No., Container, Lot No. Information and Parcel No. Informaton the fields "Free of Duty" and "Available after Customs" have been added.

A change on the Travel No. updates all related information down to the Parcel level.

The Free of Duty field specifies if goods are free of duty.

The Available after Customs field specifies if the goods are available for pick-up e.g. at a habor.

In the Parcel Selection a new filter has been added "Only Available for Sales/Consumption". With this filter all parcels which are available after customs can be filtered. The filter is only visible if the container module is activated.
