Added the possibility to calculate the send ahead from round to stacked timber

The Send Ahead calculation has been extended.

It is possible now to calculate from round timber to stacked. Both ways of calculation (forward and backward) are supported.

On the Standard Task a new field "Transform from Cylindric to Cubic" has been added.

In a Routing or Prod. Order Routing Group just one operation may have the checkmark.

If the action "Calculate Send Ahead" gets executed in a Production Order the direction of the calculation changes during the calculation if an operation with the checkmark "Transform from Cylindric to Cubic" is detected. E.g. if you start the calculation with a "Send Ahead Calculation Type" of forward the calculation switches to backwards to calculate the remaining Send Ahead dimensions.
