Added new functions and sortings for the standard planning view

The following additions where made for the standard task planning:

1. The line is marked red if the related components aren't available.
2. We can filter on a specific week no. The field is also added in the lines.
3. The field material code is added and is sorted per material code
4. For a the hiding of the preview of documents we added actions to hide and or show the documents and tool preview.
5. The following filters where added: Prod Order Status, start and ending date filter, material code filter
