Added the possibility to translate the production and standard task descriptions

It is now possible to setup translations for the Description of a standard task. The new action can be opened from the Standard Task List with the "Translation" action.

The translations will be transferred to the Prod. Order Routing Group Translations and can be adjusted per Production Order.

In case the "Insert Description in Sales Comment Lines" gets executes and the connected Sales Order has a language code set, the translations are used to build the sales comment lines.
