Added function to create a Price List from a Sales Quote

Sometimes there is a need to create Sales Price List directly from Sales Quote. For that purpose "Create Price List" action was added to the Sales Quote page:

After running this action a new Price List is created based on the Sales Quote header and lines.

Additonally it is possible to link price lists to specific ship-to addresses.

If the Ship-to Code in the Sales Quote is set and the "Ship-to Address" option is used in the pricelist creation then the newly created Price List will be related to the Ship-to Address.

The users will get a question where they can say whether the Ending Date must be copied from the Ship-to Address, Active until field.
