Added the action Change Location Code in the Parcel Selection and Container Module

To the Parcel Selection, Container Card, Container List and to the Travel No. List the action Change Location Code has been added.

This action allows to easily change the Location Code and/ or Bin Code of Parcels without the need to manually create an Item Reclass Journal for it.
