Structure of accounts receivable quick reference
The debtor quick reference page is divided into eight sections.
Please note that the presentation of the page may differ from the examples shown here, depending on your individual customization.

1 | Menu | Via the menu, you can call up numerous BC standard functions and special functions of the Customer Dashboard. |
2 | Quick Info Desk Filter | Here you select the customer for whom you want to retrieve information. |
3 | Quick Customer Information Desk | Here you will find an overview of the most important customer data, e.g. address, balance and avg. collection period. |
4 | Customer Dashboard Cont Sub | This page gives you an overview of the contact persons of the customer with their contact details. |
5 | Customer Dashboard Act. Sub | In this overview you will find the last activities in connection with the selected customer, such as created documents. |
6 | Sell-to Customer Sales History | This info box shows the number of all documents created for the customer, grouped by document type. You can call up the documents directly by clicking on the blue numbers. |
7 | Customer Statistics | Here statistical customer data, such as balance, credit limit and Overdue Amounts. |
8 | Reference | In this field, all notes stored for the customer appear. |
