Added Pre-load and Non Pre-load Ride mobile modules

In both modules, the rides are displayed according to the trailer type mapping, depending on whether they are pre-load or non pre-load. As soon as you have selected a Ride Id, you must specify a License Plate. All associated warehouse shipments are then displayed. If the scanned quantity does not match the expected quantity from the Warehouse Shipment Line, a Loading Comment must be entered. These can be set up via the Loading Comments list. When a ride is completed, the information for all associated warehouse shipments is processed and the warehouse shipments are released again.
