Added Timber Drying Chamber Module

The Timber Drying Chamber Module allows to add new drying chamber batches with parcel lines or add parcel lines to existing batches. For a new drying batch, the chamber must be selected. Scanned parcels must be valid. The module requires a network connection to BC.
