Added flag "Skip Error On Batch" in "Bin Transfer" and "Relocation" Modules

There is now the opportunity to ignore errors if the "Skip Error On Batch" is enabled within the module configuration.

This will process all lines that were sent from the mobile and will not throw an error if at least 1 line was successfully processed.
