Remove BC User

With this skript you can delete all NAV/BC user in a container environment.

Depending on the database it is needed to remove the BC-Users after the container environment is set up.
This will be necessary when your domain user is set up in the database. Because the bccontainerhelper function will try to create a user with your users SID which will fail, when a user already is set up. Also the database users can't be deleted from the source database, beause for C/AL the users are needed.
