Fixed feault bin code for parcel movement

The field 'ACAP Def. Parcel Mov. Bin Code' from P2T has been set to obsolete and added to the Product Configurator app. This means that the previously saved value can now be pulled automatically when a parcel is resolved in the Page Parcel Movements Journals. In addition, an upgrade routine has been added to transfer the values from the old field to the new field.
