Fixed New Bin Code on Parcel Movement not being filled on Parcel Selection action

Previously, while using the ”Create Parcel Movement” on the Parcel Selection page, the New Bin Code in the generated Parcel Movement Journal Line would not be filled. Now the prior Bin Code will be entered, just like when creating a journal line manually.
