Changes to BOM Calc. Template's Properties

The fields "Description", "Category" and "Importance" on the BOM Calc. Template Properties will now always be editable, even when the template is in use. Additionally, when changing the Category on a Properties Page, the user will now be prompted to change the value on all related templates too.
