Personalization

Role centers, like other masks in the system, can be personalized. The start page of the system is adapted to the individual needs of a person or a role. It is distinguished whether the personalization is made for a user or company-wide personalizations are predefined.

Company-wide adjustments

In the mask "Profile (Role)" the function "Customize pages" is available. If this function is used, a new client opens. The selected role center is now displayed as the role center and started directly in personalization mode.

Customization options are:

  • Setting quick accesses. These will then appear in the header of the start page by selection in report: Auswahl im Bericht

  • Setting quick accesses. These will then appear in the header of the start page by selection in search menu: Auswahl im Menu

  • Unhide and hide of actions: Bearbeitung Aktionen

  • Unhide and hide of reports and pe-filtered lists: Bearbeitung Inhalten

  • Moving of contents, actions and quick accesses: Verscheiben von Elementen

Individual adaptations

All the above customizations can also be implemented individually. Then these are only effective for the user who has made them.
